Summary

The tender concerns the design, implementation, hosting, technical management, maintenance and further development of a new public website and content management system for Werkzaak Rivierenland. The solution must replace the outdated Drupal website with a modern, secure, accessible and future-proof online environment. It must support content migration, an open-source and transferable CMS, accessible responsive content management, documented APIs, integrations, security, privacy, hosting and ongoing support. The contract is planned for 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 2 November 2026 at 10:00. Evaluation is based on implementation and service costs, the implementation plan, partnership approach, technical vision roadmap and stated wishes.
