Implementation of the Westraven Government Office Master Plan in Utrecht

Summary

This restricted European works procurement concerns the phased renovation, redesign and coordination of the Westraven government office in Utrecht, used by Rijkswaterstaat. The project covers approximately 53,700 m² currently and approximately 55,000 m² after completion, including office areas, interiors, meeting and catering facilities, building services, security, sustainability measures, gardens, a temporary control room and a covered bicycle facility for approximately 750 bicycles.
