Construction of the Circular Yard at Duivelseiland

Summary

This restricted works procurement concerns the engineering and construction of the Circular Yard Duivelseiland in Dordrecht, including quay and bank works, a 260 m quay and sheet-pile construction at the Oude Maas, a 150 m quay and 25 m operational landing stage at Mallegat, an ecological zone, pile foundations, sliding tracks, approximately 49,000 m² of concrete paving, underground utilities, fencing, landscaping, access roads, and relocation or demolition of existing facilities. The contractor must develop the provided definitive design into an execution design and carry out the works under an Engineering & Construct contract based on UAV-GC 2025. Key milestones are 15 May 2028, 1 September 2028 and final completion on 1 November 2028.
