Purchase of a passenger car for the needs of the Municipal Office in Kruszwica

The tender concerns the supply of one brand-new passenger car for the Municipal Office in Kruszwica. The vehicle must be new, unused, sourced through the manufacturer’s official distribution channels, undamaged, technically operational, complete, ready for use and free of third-party rights. The supplier must deliver it to the location specified by the contracting authority at its own cost and risk and provide the documents required for registration and insurance, the warranty card, service book, Polish-language user manual, two sets of keys, and any applicable conformity, excise-duty, certificate and homologation documents. The bid must include a completed technical offer confirming compliance with the technical specification. The delivery deadline is up to 70 days from contract signature, while shorter delivery times receive more evaluation points. The award criteria are price at 60%, delivery time at 20% and quality warranty period at 20%.
