Moving and storage services 2.0

Summary

The procurement covers two lots and framework agreements for moving services. Lot 1 covers the relocation, removal and storage of office inventory, archives, art and other items for the municipality of ’s-Hertogenbosch; Lot 2 covers the relocation and transport of equipment and residents’ personal belongings at accommodation sites for displaced persons. The maximum contract value is EUR 250,000 excluding VAT for each lot. The framework agreements run from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028 and may be extended by two one-year periods; the contracting authority is not obliged to purchase any minimum volume. The bidder must submit a signed European Single Procurement Document, a trade register extract, a declaration confirming the absence of Russian involvement, the required reference documentation and a completed price sheet. The tender deadline is 28 October 2026 at 11:00, and the tender must be submitted electronically through TenderNed in Dutch. The successful bidder must meet specific moving, safety, quality, sustainability, personnel management and, where applicable, storage and online inventory register requirements. Awarding is based on the best price-quality ratio: quality criteria account for up to 60% of the tender amount in Lot 1 and up to 70% in Lot 2.
