International Expert on Marine Spatial Planning Implementation – Technical Backstopping for Angola

Summary

GIZ is procuring an international expert under the Blue Benguela Current Action to support the implementation of marine spatial planning in Angola. The expert will provide advice and quality assurance for the development, testing and refinement of an implementation manual and related tools, and support technical exchange and capacity development. The main contract runs from 30 November 2026 to 31 March 2028 and covers 20 expert days; an option for a further 10 expert days may extend the contract to 30 November 2028.
