Accounting services for the Municipality of Neder-Betuwe

Summary

The municipality is procuring one independent accounting organisation for the statutory audit of its annual accounts and related services. The scope includes the audit of the annual accounts, legality reporting and applicable SiSa statements, interim work, the audit opinion, findings reports, management letters, reporting to the municipal organisation, executive board, audit committee and council, and a natural advisory function. The framework agreement is for one supplier, starts on 1 July 2027 and lasts up to seven years, with an estimated maximum value of EUR 950,000 excluding VAT and no purchase commitment. The bid must be submitted electronically by 3 November 2026 at 12:00. Award is based on the best price-quality ratio: quality carries 75% and price 25%. The bidder must provide a project plan of no more than six substantive A4 pages and, if selected, present a practical case for up to 30 minutes followed by 15 minutes of questions. Prices must be submitted excluding VAT using the prescribed price form; zero or negative prices are not permitted.
