Insulation Comparison Tool for the Arnhem-Nijmegen Green Metropolitan Region (Open House)

Summary

This open-house procedure is for companies carrying out residential insulation work that wish to be displayed in the Arnhem-Nijmegen region’s digital insulation comparison tool. The company enters the measures, materials and all-in price per square metre it offers, carries out a free home assessment for the homeowner, prepares a justified quotation and performs the ordered work. The initial registration deadline is 25 September 2026 at 11:00; after the tool goes live, companies may also join later. Participation provides no guarantee of orders or turnover, and contracts are concluded directly between the homeowner and the company. Required conditions include at least one year of Trade Register registration, operatives holding VCA certificates, liability insurance of at least EUR 1,000,000, demonstrable insulation experience, ISDE-compliant measures and specified supporting documents. Electronic submission is mandatory and documents must be submitted in Dutch.
