Energy scans for non-residential buildings

Summary

This is an Open House arrangement by the municipality of Eindhoven to create a network of energy advisers for users and owners of non-residential and community buildings. A bidder may apply for admission to provide one or both service types: flexible electricity consumption energy scans and building- and process-related energy-saving scans. The work includes technical surveys, analysis of energy balances and consumption, recommendations on energy-saving and flexibility measures, and preparation of detailed reports. Services must be provided throughout the municipality of Eindhoven, in Dutch and within the specified time limits. Applications must be submitted electronically by 31 December 2029 at 12:00; variants and electronic catalogues are not permitted.
