Printing, stapling and postal processing of the TrosKompas and TV Krant programme magazines

Summary

The procurement covers the printing, stapling and postal processing of two programme magazines: TrosKompas and TV Krant. The current circulation is approximately 82,000 copies per week for TrosKompas and 32,000 copies per week for TV Krant; paper is outside the scope because it is supplied separately by the contracting authority. The procurement is divided into four lots: printing and stapling TrosKompas, postal processing TrosKompas, the combined service for TrosKompas, and printing, stapling and postal processing TV Krant. A tender for the combined TrosKompas service must also cover the printing and stapling lot. A framework agreement will be concluded with one supplier per service, initially for two years, with possible extensions of 12, 5 and 7 months, for a maximum total term of four years. Price is the only award criterion. Tenders must be submitted by 19 October 2026 at 10:00. Participation requires liability insurance, relevant references, a service location within 700 km of Nieuwegein and the required tender and evidence documents.
