Summary

The tender concerns the supply of food and non-food products, including coffee-machine ingredients, for the kitchen and catering operations of Gemeente Súdwest-Fryslân. The estimated annual volume is EUR 350,000–400,000. It is a framework agreement with an initial term of 2 years and up to two possible one-year extensions.\n\nThe bidder must be able to supply the required assortment, operate a digital ordering system and meet detailed delivery, shelf-life, food safety, pricing, invoicing, reporting and data protection requirements. At least 10% of the assortment must be available as organic alternatives. The required performance levels are 98% delivery reliability, 98% on-time delivery and 98% order accuracy. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 26 October 2026 at 12:00. The evaluation weights are 40% price, 25% delivery and service, 20% assortment and 15% sustainability.
