Summary

The tender concerns the delivery of assorted food products to the County Hospital in Strzyzow for 12 months, divided into seven lots: fish, chicken eggs, frozen vegetables and fruit, spices and other products, fresh vegetables and fruit, potatoes, and poultry jelly. Bidders may submit offers for any number of lots. Deliveries must generally be made from Monday to Friday between 07:30 and 13:00; fresh vegetables and fruit must be delivered between 07:30 and 10:00. Partial deliveries are due within a maximum of 3 working days after an order. The gross tender price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 15 September 2026 at 10:00 and must remain valid until 14 October 2026.
