Framework agreements for specialist staffing at Nictiz – Quality Assurance and health information system

Summary

Nictiz is establishing multi-supplier framework agreements for the temporary provision of specialist external professionals. There are two lots: Quality Assurance, including software and standards testing and validation, and roles related to the health information system, data exchange, standardisation and related governance or subject-matter work. Companies may tender for one or both lots. Further assignments will be awarded through mini-competitions, where suppliers propose suitable candidates. The framework agreement does not guarantee any assignments or minimum volume. The initial term is two years, with two possible one-year extensions, for a maximum term of four years. Up to three suppliers may be appointed for Lot 1 and up to eight for Lot 2. The estimated annual value is EUR 2,000,000 excluding VAT for Lot 1 and EUR 5,500,000 excluding VAT for Lot 2. The maximum values are EUR 8,368,000 and EUR 23,010,000 respectively. The tender deadline is 19 October 2026 at 12:00. The tender is awarded on quality; price does not contribute to the framework-agreement score, but hourly rates are assessed in subsequent mini-competitions and may not exceed the applicable maximum rate.
