Summary

The tender concerns project management for the renovation and extension of the upper-secondary school site of De Vrijeschool Den Haag at Waalsdorperweg 12 in The Hague. The contractor will guide the client through the procurement of the architect, contractor, installers, structural engineer and other advisers, manage design and construction, monitor time, cost, quality and risks, support permits and stakeholder coordination, act as site manager during construction and provide aftercare for one year after completion. The intended contract starts on 1 December 2026 and runs until one year after completion; the project is expected to be completed by the end of 2028.\n\nThe tender is open, has one lot and is submitted electronically. Offers must be submitted by 21 October 2026 at 09:00. The most economically advantageous tender is assessed on the basis of the best price-quality ratio: open questions 35 points, presentation 35 points and price 30 points. At least 22 points must be achieved for the open questions. The tenderer must provide the requested exclusion declarations, experience evidence, signed European Single Procurement Document, answers to the open questions and the completed price schedule.
