Framework agreement for inspecting electrical installations in Utrecht’s public space

Summary

The procurement concerns a single framework agreement for electrical safety inspections of public-space installations in Utrecht. The scope includes, among other things, public lighting, traffic control installations, event and market cabinets, shore-power cabinets, PRIS and FRIS systems, bollards, water features and other installations. The contractor must perform visual inspections, measurements, tests and design checks, prepare digital inspection and measurement reports, and include photographs of defects and repair recommendations.
