Safe Working at Height – Inspection and Minor Repairs of Integrated Roof Safety Systems

Summary

The tender covers periodic inspection, assessment, classification, reporting and advice concerning existing roof fall-protection systems and access equipment, together with minor repairs up to EUR 10,000 per asset. The contract is divided into four regional lots in the Netherlands, starts on 1 April 2027, runs for 36 months and may be extended unilaterally by the contracting authority twice for 12 months. Bids must be submitted electronically by 15 October 2026 at 10:00. The award is based on the best price-quality ratio, including a price component and a plan explaining how inspections will be completed on time. The contractor must also meet detailed reporting, safety, access, documentation, Social Return and digital submission obligations.
