Summary

The procurement concerns payroll services for IJmond Werkt! in Beverwijk and the surrounding area. The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement with one provider, starting on 1 January 2027 for three years, with one possible one-year extension. The estimated annual volume is EUR 200,000–250,000 excluding VAT; the estimated four-year value is approximately EUR 800,000–1,000,000 excluding VAT, with a maximum framework value of EUR 1,500,000 excluding VAT. The provider will become the legal employer of the selected payroll workers, handle employment contracts, payroll administration, salary payments, statutory deductions, leave and sickness-related administration, and comply with applicable employment legislation and the SGO collective agreement. Bids must be submitted electronically by 15 October 2026 at 09:00 and all documents must be in Dutch. Evaluation is based on price (70 points) and the service plan (30 points).
