Summary

Stichting Nuffic is procuring one framework agreement for graphic design services for all Nuffic brands and labels. The supplier must be able to manage multiple visual identities, develop campaigns and communication concepts, design and adapt communication materials, support print production, work in Dutch and English, manage several internal clients at the same time, and address digital accessibility and sustainable reuse. The agreement is expected to start on 1 February 2027, last two years, and may be extended twice by one year, for a maximum duration of 48 months. The restricted procedure has two stages: up to five candidates will be selected for the tender stage. Participation requests must be submitted electronically in Dutch by 5 October 2026 at 12:00.
