Supply of trees and shrubs 2027–2030

Summary

The contracting authority, Gemeente Maasgouw, intends to conclude a framework agreement for supplying trees and shrubs for planting, replacement and redevelopment projects in public spaces. The procurement has two lots: trees, with a maximum value of EUR 200,000 excluding VAT, and shrubs and woodland plants, with a maximum value of EUR 100,000 excluding VAT. The initial term is 24 months, with an option for one unilateral two-year extension. Bids must be submitted electronically by 14 October 2026 at 13:00. A bidder may submit bids for and be awarded both lots. Prices must be all-inclusive, including packaging, delivery and other additional costs. Award criteria are sustainability measures (15%), quality of planting material and cultivation process (25%), delivery quality (25%), cooperation (15%) and price (20%).
