Purchase of trees and shrubs for compensatory plantings, including planting, in Bielsko-Biała Municipality in 2026

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase, planting and maintenance of 178 trees and 1,257 shrubs in Bielsko-Biała Municipality in 2026. The scope also includes maintaining a planting information application and caring for the plantings during the warranty and liability period. The maximum performance period is 60 days from contract conclusion. The tenderer must demonstrate at least two properly completed tasks involving the planting and maintenance of trees or shrubs during the last five years, each worth at least PLN 50,000 gross. The required team consists of one task manager with at least two years of relevant experience, at least two horticultural workers with at least two years of relevant experience, and the specified equipment. Bids must be submitted electronically through the contracting authority’s platform in Polish by 16 September 2026 at 09:00. Bids will be evaluated on price (60%), completion time (20%) and the key personnel assigned to contract performance (20%). Before contract signature, a performance security equal to 5% of the total tender price must be provided; no tender guarantee is required.
