Temporary Bus Transport for Peperklip Primary School

Summary

The tender concerns temporary bus transport for approximately 755 primary-school pupils travelling between schools and a designated replacement gym in Schiedam. The service must be provided safely, reliably and on time on school days, according to the municipality’s schedules. The current estimate is about 20 groups of 20–30 pupils and 28 trips per week, with a volume flexibility margin of approximately ±20%. The contract is planned for 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030, with one possible one-year extension. Bids must be submitted electronically in Dutch by 12 October 2026 at 11:00. Awarding is based on the best price-quality ratio: price carries 30 points and quality 70 points. The quality submission must address service quality and interaction with pupils, transport planning and flexibility, and sustainability.
