European tender for an Enterprise Resource Planning system for GGD Zuid-Limburg

Summary

The tender concerns the delivery, implementation, configuration, migration, training, support, maintenance and further development of an integrated SaaS ERP system for GGD Zuid-Limburg. The system must support HRM, payroll, finance, procurement, sales, project administration and CRM for approximately 650 employees and 24 locations. The initial contract period is four years, with up to five unilateral two-year extensions, for a maximum duration of 14 years. The bid must cover the entire contract, be submitted electronically in Dutch by 30 October 2026 at 12:00, and remain valid for at least 150 calendar days. Award is based on the best price-quality ratio: price 40 points and quality 60 points. The supplier must provide a tailored implementation plan, take part in a live demonstration in Heerlen between 16 and 18 November 2026, complete the requirements and wishes schedules, and provide all-inclusive pricing in euros excluding VAT. No bid guarantee is required.
