Summary

Höganäs Municipality's catering unit is procuring meal management system version 2. The supply includes the right to use the system, implementation and installation to provide an operational solution, user documentation, and staff training. The contract also covers support, bug fixes, system maintenance and further development, as well as updates, new versions, and adaptations to existing modules. The system must support an unlimited number of users. The procurement has one lot and an estimated value of SEK 2,500,000. Bids must be submitted electronically by 31 October 2026 and remain valid for three months. Electronic invoicing is required during contract performance.
