Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for the delivery, installation and maintenance of adapted, wheelchair-accessible kitchens for clients who mainly perform kitchen activities while seated. Two kitchen variants are envisaged: an adjustable-height kitchen and an electrically height-adjustable kitchen, in widths of 240 cm, 255 cm and 300 cm. Preparatory works, including removal of the existing kitchen and adjustments to utilities and electricity, are included. The estimated framework value is EUR 350,000 excluding VAT. The initial term is 2 years, with three possible 2-year extensions, for a maximum total term of 8 years. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 12 October 2026 at 10:00. Awarding is based on the best price-quality ratio: service, design and implementation quality accounts for 80 points and price for 20 points.
