Playground equipment and impact-absorbing surfaces for the municipalities of Gennep, Roermond, Venray and Weert

The tender covers the supply and installation of playground equipment and impact-absorbing surfaces for the municipalities of Gennep, Roermond, Venray and Weert. It is divided into two lots: Lot 1, “Traditional play”, covers playground and sports equipment made from various materials, while Lot 2 covers rubber wet-pour and artificial-grass impact-absorbing surfaces. Framework agreements will initially run for two years, with the possibility of one two-year extension. Up to four bidders will be selected for Lot 1 and one bidder for Lot 2; the framework agreement does not guarantee any minimum order volume. Tenders must be submitted by 5 October 2026 at 12:00. For Lot 1, price carries 25 points and quality 75 points; for Lot 2, price carries 68 points and quality 32 points.
