Liability insurance

Summary

The tender concerns a new liability insurance agreement for the Municipality of Goirle, covering third-party property, personal and financial damage claims. One insurer will be selected for a fixed three-year term starting on 1 January 2027, with up to three one-year extensions. The required limits are EUR 5,000,000 per claim and EUR 10,000,000 per insurance year for property and personal damage, and EUR 1,250,000 per claim and EUR 2,500,000 per insurance year for financial damage. The annual premium is evaluated on the basis of lowest total price.
