Monitoring and inspection of diseases and pests

Summary

The procurement concerns a four-year framework agreement divided into three lots for monitoring, inspection and related advisory or training services concerning Asian knotweed, Dutch elm disease and oak processionary caterpillar. Each lot will result in a framework agreement with an initial two-year term and the possibility of two one-year extensions. Bidders may submit offers for and receive all three lots. Electronic submission in Dutch is required by 8 October 2026 at 14:00. No variants or electronic catalogues are allowed, and electronic invoicing is required. The award criteria include the price schedule, a CO2 Performance Ladder declaration and lot-specific quality plans.
