Mobility cards

Summary

The tender concerns the supply, management and support of physical mobility cards for Hecht employees in Leiden. The cards must support train, bus, tram, metro, shared cars and shared bicycles, including connections to the national shared-bike network at NS stations and a nationwide shared-car network. The supplier must provide customer support, person-level travel-cost invoicing, card blocking and replacement, secure data processing, reporting and a cost-free exit transfer. The estimated contract value is EUR 684,000 excluding VAT, with an initial two-year term from 1 January 2027 and two possible one-year extensions.
