Wage Value Assessments

Summary

The procurement covers wage value assessments at the workplace for residents of GR IJsselgemeenten. A framework agreement will be concluded with up to three contractors for 48 months; the expected volume is 225–275 assessments per year and the maximum framework value is EUR 700,000 excluding VAT. Tenderers must demonstrate experience with at least 50 compliant assessments in one of the last three calendar years, use certified independent specialists registered in the national register, and meet detailed requirements on scheduling, reporting, data protection, complaints handling and social return. Prices must be submitted as all-inclusive unit rates excluding VAT; the price score is worth up to 30 points, and tenders must be submitted electronically by 9 October 2026 at 12:00.
