Municipal subsidy management system

Summary

The tender covers the supply, implementation and maintenance of a digital subsidy management system for Gemeente Midden-Groningen. The solution must support subsidy applications, assessment, award, administration, monitoring, finalisation and reporting, and include an applicant portal, process workflows, document and case-file management, reporting, archiving and integrations with other systems.
