Gym and swimming transport for the municipality of De Wolden

Summary

The tender concerns transporting primary-school pupils from schools to gym and swimming facilities and back within the municipality of De Wolden. It is divided into two lots: De Wolden South, covering among others De Klimtoren and De Wegwijzer schools, and De Wolden North, covering De Wezeboom and ’t Echtenest together with additional swimming transport. Gym transport is expected during approximately 40 school weeks and swimming transport during approximately 10 school weeks from the spring school holiday; the estimated volume is about 680 journeys per school year. The framework agreement is planned to start on 1 January 2027, with a four-year initial term and two possible 12-month extensions. The estimated total value is EUR 552,000 excluding VAT, with a ceiling of EUR 828,000. The bidder must provide compliant vehicles meeting at least Euro 6, qualified drivers, safe transport, replacement transport in case of disruption, and weekday communication with the schools and contracting authority.
