Summary

The tender concerns a single-supplier framework agreement for architectural services for Curio Onderwijsgroep West-Brabant. The contractor will design, advise on, supervise and manage renovation and new-build projects at existing and potentially new locations, including concept and detailed designs, specifications, permits, cost estimates, sustainability advice, project supervision, site supervision, handover and aftercare. A campus new-build project is outside the scope. The restricted procedure has a selection phase followed by an invitation-only tender phase. Applications are due by 20 October 2026 at 12:00. Up to five candidates will normally be selected based on references and a maximum score of 65 points. The framework is intended for a long-term period of up to 10 years, and the draft agreement states a maximum value of EUR 216,000 excluding VAT. Applicants must provide the European Single Procurement Document, signed reference forms and evidence of the required experience, insurance, financial standing and registration. During performance, the supplier must communicate in Dutch, ensure that at least one employee speaks Dutch fluently, provide quotations for further orders within seven days and comply with the invoicing and pricing rules.
