Maintenance, inspection and supply of fire-fighting equipment

Summary

The tender covers preventive and corrective maintenance of approximately 120 fire extinguishers and 90 fire hose reels across the Municipality of Nijmegen’s property portfolio, statutory inspections, and the supply and installation of replacement equipment. The contractor must provide compliant maintenance, documentation and response services; the general target for functional restoration is up to 24 hours. The estimated contract value is approximately EUR 80,000 per year excluding VAT. The contract is planned to start on 1 January 2027, initially run for 3 years and be extendable twice by 2 years. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the lowest price. Tenders must be submitted by 23 September 2026 at 10:00. The tender must include the ESPD, price sheet, signed covering letter and reference declaration; offering an inventory survey is mandatory.
