Maintenance service for the OIS/TPS System

Summary

The tender concerns maintenance service for the OIS/TPS System (Oncology Information System ARIA and Treatment Planning System Eclipse) and the related hardware and infrastructure used for radiotherapy at CC Bronowice, Institute of Nuclear Physics PAN. The contract covers preventive maintenance, remote diagnostics, system modifications, repairs, supply of spare parts and special components, technical support, and servicing reports after each intervention. The equipment includes UPS units, Eclipse Planner/Desktop workstations, Aria OIS workstations and servers, Citrix-based local access, Aura server, FAS compute servers, archive/backup systems, local TPS/OIS access systems, and associated racks and peripherals. The agreement is for 12 months starting on October 1, 2026 (or from the date of signing if later).
