Redevelopment and new construction of MFA Zeemanstraat in Assen

Summary

The tender concerns the redevelopment and new construction of the MFA building at Zeemanstraat 1 in Assen, covering approximately 3,528 m² gross floor area. The works include partial demolition, renovation, new construction, building and structural works, electrical and mechanical installations, climate systems, drainage, and landscaping.
