Repair of Kipparlahti Quay – Complete Works Contract

Summary

The tender concerns the complete repair of the Kipparlahti quay at Amiraali Cronstedtin tori, 00810 Helsinki. The quay is a reinforced-concrete beam quay consisting of eight sections. The works include, among other things, replacing the bearings, repairing a cracked concrete beam and renewing the joints of the elements, together with all other works, procurements, site management duties and site services required by the tender documents. The works must be completed, accepted and approved inspections carried out by 31 December 2026. The contractor will act as the main contractor and principal implementer, and the site must be operated as a low-emission construction site. The contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced tender among tenders that meet the contracting authority’s suitability requirements. Subcontracting is permitted, but further subcontracting in the chain requires a particularly justified reason and the contracting authority’s written consent.
