Development, management and creation of provincial websites

Summary

The tender covers the development and management of the Province of Groningen’s web platforms and websites in two lots. Lot 1 covers the management, hosting, maintenance and further development of the provincial CMS platform and its websites, including integrations, functionality and content migration; the estimated value is EUR 640,000 and the term runs from 5 April 2027 to 4 April 2031. The contract may be extended twice for two years. Lot 2 covers the creation, further development, management and possible decommissioning of project-based websites; it is a multi-provider framework agreement with an estimated value of EUR 1,600,000 and a maximum value of EUR 2,400,000. Requests to participate must be submitted through Mercell by 13:00 on 14 September 2026. A bidder may apply for both lots, but may be awarded a contract for no more than two lots.
