Construction of the Suikerzijde Integrated Child and Education Centre

Summary

The tender concerns the construction of an approximately 4,500 m² integrated child and education centre in the Suikerzijde area of Groningen. The centre will comprise a primary school, childcare building and sports hall, and the procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers building works, the building envelope, finishing, fixed building elements and external areas; Lot 2 covers mechanical and electrical installations, ventilation, heating and cooling systems, and commissioning of building services. The lots must be coordinated with each other. This is a restricted procedure in which up to five candidates will be selected for each lot during the selection phase. Requests to participate must be submitted digitally by 9 September 2026 at 12:00. Qualified candidates will be invited to the tender phase, where tenders will be assessed on the basis of the best price-quality ratio.
