Fire insurance

Summary

The tender concerns comprehensive fire insurance for Gemeente Zuidplas. The current insurance contract expires on 1 January 2027, and a three-year contract will be concluded with an option to extend it once by 24 months. The total insured amount is approximately EUR 310,000,000. This is a restricted procedure in which at least 5 and no more than 100 candidates may be invited to the second stage. Requests to participate must be submitted electronically in Dutch by 9 September 2026 at 12:00. Variants and electronic catalogues are not allowed, electronic invoicing is required, and price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100 points.
