Fire insurance for the Municipality of Waalwijk

Summary

The tender concerns comprehensive fire insurance for buildings, installations, equipment, inventories and goods at the Municipality of Waalwijk’s various locations, including mainly primary and secondary education sites. The currently estimated total insured value is approximately EUR 460,000,000. This is a two-stage restricted procedure: a request to participate is submitted first, and selected candidates are then invited to tender. The request to participate must be submitted electronically in Dutch by 8 September 2026 at 12:00. The contract is planned to start on 1 January 2027, with an initial term of 36 months and automatic 12-month extensions up to a total maximum term of 120 months. Tenders will be assessed on the insurance premium (60 points) and the quality of the service offered (40 points).
