Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for supplying workwear, corporate clothing, personal protective equipment, footwear and related services for employees of the Municipality of Leiden. It is divided into four lots: 1) workwear, personal protective equipment and footwear, 2) clothing, personal protective equipment and footwear for enforcement officers and supervisors, 3) representative clothing, and 4) sports and swimwear. The machine-readable data gives estimated values of EUR 1,470,500, EUR 360,000 and EUR 180,000 for the first three lots respectively; the total estimated value is EUR 1,980,000. The framework agreement may run for up to 72 months. Bidders must be able to supply compliant clothing and personal protective equipment, organise measuring and fitting, provide an online shop, handle delivery and returns, and, where required, provide maintenance and repair services. All technical requirements in the tender documents are mandatory, and a tender that fails to meet them may be rejected. The bid must include the required reference projects, declarations of conformity, certificates, pricing information and other documentation specified in the tender documents. The award criteria are service plan 20%, circularity 15%, price 25%, and quality control and wear test 40%.
