Merchandising procurement

Summary

ISEL is launching a public procurement for merchandising to promote its identity and support participation in fairs, events and open days. The contract covers production, customization with ISEL branding, packaging and delivery to the ISEL campus. The bid includes 10 merchandise items (e.g., cotton bags, eco-notebook A5, lanyards, pens, straw hats, A5 notebooks, T-shirts, laptop bag, wooden hand fan, unisex fleece jacket) with specified quantities and delivery deadlines (e.g., by 19 October 2026 for most items; by 1 December 2026 for some; by 1 March 2027 for others). The base price is 13,500 EUR excluding VAT. Proposals must be submitted electronically via ComprasPT; electronic invoicing is required; payment terms are 30 days after receipt of invoices. All goods must be new and meet technical specifications. The tender will be evaluated on price only. Subcontracting disclosures may be required. The contract term ends on 1 March 2027.
