Summary

The tender concerns the supply of an integrated HRM and finance system for MBO Amersfoort as a SaaS solution, including implementation, data migration, training, technical management, support, security and required integrations. The solution must cover human resources, payroll, self-service, financial accounting, purchasing and contract management, reporting, and project and asset administration. Implementation and go-live must be completed by 1 January 2028 at the latest. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 23 October 2026 at 10:00.
