SIEM and SOC services

Summary

The tender concerns the supply, implementation, management and development of a Microsoft Sentinel-based SIEM platform and 24/7 SOC service for Veiligheidsregio Haaglanden. The service includes continuous monitoring, detection and analysis of security events, incident response, threat intelligence and threat hunting, reporting and advisory services. Implementation must be completed and the service must be operational by 1 January 2027. The tender must be submitted electronically in Dutch by 28 September 2026 at 12:00 and remain valid for two months. Price carries no evaluation points: quality is assessed through K1 SIEM (35), K2 SOC (35), K3 Advisory services (20) and K4 Implementation (10). Bidders must accept a fixed implementation fee of EUR 30,000 and a fixed monthly fee of EUR 15,000, both excluding VAT.
