Parking system including all-in service

Summary

The tender concerns the supply, installation, implementation and all-in operation and maintenance of a complete parking system for four municipal parking facilities in Deventer. The solution must include entry and exit equipment, barriers or speedgates, vehicle detection, licence-plate recognition, payment terminals, door readers, cameras, intercoms and cloud-based parking, video and intercom management systems. The system must support autonomous fallback operation, extensive payment and parking products, webshop and reservation functions, external integrations, reporting, data migration and secure SaaS delivery. Implementation of the four systems may take up to 39 calendar weeks; the initial contract period is planned from 2027 to 2037, with up to five one-year extensions. The tender is evaluated using price and quality criteria: price has a 40% weighting and six quality criteria each have a 10% weighting.
