Replacement and installation of combination central-heating boilers

Summary

The tender covers the planned replacement, supply, removal, installation, connection, commissioning and handover of 115 gas-fired combination central-heating boilers in occupied homes managed by the Municipality of Koggenland. The work includes new high-efficiency boilers with at least CW4 hot-water comfort, thermostats, expansion vessels, dirt separators, flue-gas systems and condensate connections, together with testing, balancing, resident instruction and waste removal. The work is scheduled from 2 November 2026 to 1 October 2027; 106 boilers must be completed and handed over before 1 March 2027 and the remaining 9 before 1 October 2027. Award is based solely on the lowest price. The bid must be submitted electronically by 30 September 2026 at 12:00 and remain valid for three months.
