Supply of OSH Pictograms for the Navy

Summary

- The tender concerns the supply of OSH pictograms for the Navy. The supplier must meet the technical specifications in Annex I and offer products from the original manufacturer or an official distributor with appropriate documentation; if not original or distributor, supply with NOC and evidence of stock or a specific agreement with the manufacturer or official distributor. Also provide the manufacturer’s certificate and technical data sheet. - The technical information provided will be reviewed by the Navy to determine adequacy; offers not exactly compliant with the specifications will be deemed NOT apt. - 3.2 Characteristics: Items must meet all NOC and PPT requirements; must be new; from the original manufacturer; must include a manufacturer certificate; no used items. Each item must include operation and maintenance manuals. - Transport is the contractor’s responsibility and cost. - Storage, packaging and labeling must comply with packaging standards (NME-32 EM), including SSCC and barcodes. - Cataloguing per PCAP. - Warranty of 36 months. - Open Simplified procedure; price is the only award criterion.
