Framework agreement for habitat and habitat-type maps 2027–2030

Summary

The procurement concerns a framework agreement for preparing and advising on habitat-type maps and nitrogen-sensitive habitat maps for Natura 2000 areas under the responsibility of Provincie Gelderland during 2027–2030. The work is mainly office-based processing of existing vegetation surveys and aerial photographs, supplemented where necessary by field checks. The deliverables include T1 and T2 updates of existing T0 and T1 maps, GIS files and supporting reports, as well as assistance with questions related to permitting and management plans. The estimated contract value is EUR 500,000 and the framework maximum is EUR 750,000; up to two operators may be selected. Award criteria are team quality (40%), a case exercise (40%) and price (20%). Electronic submission is permitted, and e-invoicing is required.
