Summary

The tender concerns the procurement and implementation of a central, integrated case-management solution that will replace the current systems used by Veiligheidsregio Flevoland and Veiligheidsregio Gooi en Vechtstreek. The contract runs for 4 years, with three extension options of 2 years each, so the maximum term is 10 years. There is also a 1-year standby agreement. The supplier must deliver the solution, implementation, integrations, support, maintenance and security compliance, and must work in Dutch. The notice and documents also require extensive functional, technical, information security and SLA commitments.
