Maintenance of W-installations

Summary

The tender concerns preventive and corrective maintenance of W-installations for the Municipality of Nieuwegein, covering about 37 municipal buildings. The contract is a framework agreement for 3 years, with up to 3 extensions of 1 year each. The estimated value is EUR 2.4 million and the maximum ceiling is EUR 3.0 million. The contractor must provide maintenance on a fixed-price, effort-based basis, keep the installations at the required condition level under NEN 2767, handle faults and repairs, support MJOP planning, provide reporting and a customer portal, and meet response and repair times. Social return obligations apply: 5% of invoiced turnover must be used for social return measures, with possible PSO-related reductions. To participate, the bidder must submit a signed UEA, a Chamber of Commerce extract not older than 6 months, proof of financial capacity, ISO 9001 and VCA certificates or equivalent proof, and a reference showing relevant maintenance experience. The reference must cover NEN 2767-based maintenance, 24/7 fault service, multiple buildings including at least one office building, and at least 30,000 m2 GFA in total, including one building of at least 5,000 m2 GFA.
